Amazing game, at first, I thought the art was too simple but I'm glad to see I was wrong. I really appreciate the incorporated walktrough, the tips for the locked scenes and specially that the game asks you if you want to skip certain parts they know not everyone would like. 10/10, work of art.

Why does the android version HAVE TO get full storage access?
If I don't give you permissions, just use normal storage like everyone else, giving such a wide access for such a minor feature (i dont even want) is beyond suspicious.
Nobody in their right mind should use the app as it is now, it just screams "malware"
Pretty sure those permissions are set by default when creating an .apk for Android usage. Other devs on itch.io have mentioned things about it - and there's always an option to restrict those permissions too.
They are not, I've never even seen an apk demand these permissions.
And you CAN'T restrict them, the game just refuses to launch if you do
A note from the66 about android ports (the person who ports the game):
from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact. therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage, because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories. you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

What I don't get is why one can't just opt out of using the external storage?
It can't be that hard to just check for permissions on start-up and use internal storage in case those permissions are missing. External save location isn't a fundamental part of the game that it can't function without. It's just a QoL feature of dubious usefulness (why would I even want my saves to stick around if I'm deleting the game?)
Unfortunately, everything you said is way beyond my programming knowledge. As my whole programming learning background is one week of reading renpy documentation lol. That is why I commission android ports from the66. If you like, you could ask the66 personally or maybe discuss it with someone who knows this stuff on the66's discord server :)

You don't get prompted to work the street like you do with the maid route, you have to put on the pink dress and go outside. Is it not letting you go outside with the dress on?? Bc then that'd probably be a bug then.

If you're that high up in days and you've bought everything and done everything then its safe to say you've done all the content. But you can look at the scenes and see which you havent seen and clicking the ones you havent seen will give you a hint on how to see it.
