After you progress far enough into the game, Alex will offer a deal with you, I don't remember the exact amount of money but a "large" sum will be tacked on to your debt in exchange to be let out of the cage on the weekends.
The amount is 20,000 and it will be added to the 100,000 you owe.

After you get visted by Naomi you will get an option to pick the dom or sub path. If you chose the sub path and finished the game, you will need to start a new save and play through again and pick the dom path. After that just keep playing the game and at some point after a decent amount of waiting in your room for a client, Naomi will come back and "train" you a couple of times.
I'm fairly sure that laughing or worshiping the man's balls doesn't matter towards progress on the dominant path but I could be wrong. Plus the dominant thing to do in that situation would be to laugh, so choose that one to make it more interesting.

I'm assuming you've already had the conversation with Alex about working outside to stay out of your cage for a bit. (If you haven't had that conversation then you need to progress further in the game.) But since I assume that you have, then you need to wait until the evening and can only use the elevator during the evening, not night nor morning lol.

I can try to help, which scenes are you missing? Also which path have you chosen? I have saves for each path (dom path, sub path; I also have each with different variations of penis/clit sizes. Well the earliest scene that I don't have unlocked is working as a maid for Ada and a separate scene later on called maid event be a toilet. But I go over to their house every Thursday but nothing has happened besides me working hard and her unlocking me or being slutty and him fucking me. I took the dominant path with Naomi and I laughed at the clients dick so therefore my clitty.
Sometimes you need to choose "work normally", I dont know if that will work for those particular scenes. but the "be a toilet" I believe is on page 17 and it's the first scene (please correct me if that's not the one), for that scene you need to work as slutty as possible if I'm remembering correctly.
So hopefully that's helpful, it's basically just 2 tips lol.

I am pretty sure it is one of the other two options. I think works normally. The slutty one you end up being fucked by him. There is also one scene when you service a d friend and you are in a glass case at a party.

Had the same issue with clothes in multiple ocasions actually. It seems that it "auto wears" the expected clothes for most things, including going outside, yoga and other events. I think it is to improve gameplay and make it easier to draw so many images.
The yoga events are the only events that still require you to wear specific clothing, and won't auto wear. You need to wear the red shorts and a blue top. (You have to start off with the other top first, which is the first top on the left. Not the one that my character is wearing, you will have to switch to this one after the first yoga session tho.) It's an event that you need to wait for a woman in your room, and take the pill she gives you. Just keep waiting for someone in your room and you should get it as long as you have all/most of the other scenes before it.
